Welcome to the SWMS PTSA!

We are proud to support our school’s teachers and students by helping to fill the gaps left open by budget and staffing restraints. We partner with our teachers and administration to help support a safe campus that values learning, inclusivity, creativity and diversity.

Middle school is an exciting and important time in our children’s lives, and the PTSA needs engaged parents and family members.   

Here is how you can help:

  • Become a PTSA member. Join online here, or register at the school’s front desk with cash or a personal check. 2024-2025 school year PTSA dues start at just $10, and is good for the entire school year. Remember, membership does not roll over; if you were  member last year, please rejoin now.
  • Provide support for ongoing initiatives including the Teacher Snack Cabinet and the Classroom Supply List. These two programs are fun, easy ways to impact our teachers on a daily basis.
  • Volunteer for PTSA-supported events including Teacher Appreciation activities, the annual Fine Arts Festival, events held on campus, including the school dances, and more. (Don’t forget – all volunteers must be approved in ADDitions.)
