Parents or guardians who are experiencing issues accessing LaunchPad or Skyward Family Access can submit their concern by completing this form and returning it to the front office. Please describe your issue in detail so staff can better address your concern. This form, as well as additional information regarding Skyward, can be found on OCPS’s website.
