The YMCA Before and After School Zone programs are here on campus to be a part of the Southwest “family” support system and help guide students to realize their worth and their potential. The morning program is offered at a minimal weekly fee and the after school zone is free!

SWMS offers High School Credit Courses, Document Based Questions (DBQ’s), Reading & Math Enhancement, English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Exceptional Student Education Department (ESE), Self-contained ESE Unit, Fine Arts, Electives, Sports, National Junior Honor Society, Academic Clubs & Competitions, & Positive Behavior Support (PBS)

School Advisory Council (SAC), Parent, Teacehr, Student Association (PTSA), Partners in Education, ADDitions Volunteers
